Webhook Self-Enrolment

What does it do?

Self-enrolment allows you to enable or disable the Booking and Incident webhooks independently, at any time.

Why use it?

After registering your webhook base URL, only the Search webhook is active. Use self-enrolment to activate additional webhooks when you're ready:

  • BOOKING — receive notifications when bookings are created, amended, or cancelled
  • INCIDENT — receive notifications when incidents are raised or updated

Note

The Search webhook does NOT require self-enrolment — it is activated automatically upon registration.

You can disable webhooks at any time via self-service with no impact on your existing API flows.

See the reference for the endpoint specification.
